Client Responsibilities

- Pay all applicable service fees as agreed
- Comply with Japanese immigration laws and visa conditions

Fees and Payments
- Service fees are communicated before the commencement of services
- Fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated
- Embassy visa fees are separate and non-refundable regardless of the outcome
Limitation of Liability
Taqwa Japan shall not be liable for:
- Visa rejections, delays, or denials by the Japanese Embassy
- Changes in immigration policies or requirements
- Losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
